In the morning, 28 July 2026, our managing container ship MV Proactive Earth, IMO 9929261, conducted a rescue boat drill when she berthed in Niigata port Japan. The boat was commanded by Capt.Peng Hongxing himself and operated by female 3/O Ms.Liu Shiyu, Boat Engine was operated by female 3/E Ms.Huang Li. Assisted by AB Mr.Zhang Jun.
